Ok ya'll I'm on a roll. I've really been trying to step out of my comfort zone and try some new recipes. Tonight I made shrimp corn chowder or chow'da if you will.
What's odd about me and shrimp is I usually am not a huge fan of shrimp.
However, since I've been pregnant I've started to enjoy shrimp and Tuna fish.
I hadn't had a tuna fish sandwich in 20 years. But now, I've had a few during this pregnancy.

So anyways back to the chow'da.
Pretty simple recipe, super yummy and on a cold Colorado evening joined with bread and salad it was a great meal!!

The only things we would have changed was less corn. I used two cans of corn vs ears of corn.
Also, Ev suggested I add potatoes to it too, so that I did for our left overs tomorrow.
Other than those changes it was really a good meal, that I would def make again.
