With Easter just around the corner I got to baking raspberry lemon bread tonight.
A double batch in fact.  
I made one giant loaf for Sunday Easter Brunch
and 4 mini loaves so Cade can take some to daycare tomorrow.
Cade was home sick today with a small bug.
But seems to be doing much better and loved helping make the bread.
